Similan Main Beach is located in Hat Ao Kuak, Koh Similan, Phang Nga, and features calm and gentle currents, making it ideal for families with children and less experienced swimmers. The water quality is excellent, with clear visibility and clean conditions perfect for snorkeling. Be aware of seasonal closure Nov–Apr only, especially during peak season. As one of Phang Nga's most visited beaches, it can get crowded during high season (November to April). Arrive early morning for the best experience and a good spot.
The best time to visit is during the dry season (November to April) when conditions are calmest. During monsoon season (May to October), expect stronger waves and reduced visibility. The beach is rated 4.8/5 by visitors.
